LoveWell Veterinary Services is a small animal and exotic (companion animal) general practice committed to providing compassionate, collaborative, high-quality veterinary care for our patients and their families. We care for dogs, cats, and a variety of exotic pets in a team-oriented veterinary hospital setting.

We are a technician-forward practice and place veterinary technician well-being, growth, and sustainability at the center of how we operate. Our goal is to create meaningful, long-term career paths for Certified Veterinary Technicians, Licensed Veterinary Technicians, Registered Veterinary Technicians, and veterinary nurses, not just “jobs.”

Our appointment schedule uses 30–45 minute appointment blocks with built-in breathing room, which means technicians have time for thorough patient care, anesthesia monitoring, dentistry support, client education, and teamwork with our veterinarian. We foster a collaborative environment that encourages learning, professional development, and the use of advanced clinical skills, while also respecting work–life balance.
